Do you accept insurance?
We are considered out of network with all insurance companies. We will provide a Superbill with necessary information that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you are unsure of what your out of network physical therapy benefits are, call your insurance company for more information.
Do I need a Physical Therapy referral from a physician to been seen?
No, Physical Therapists are direct access providers in the state of Maine. This means you can be seen without a referral. Make sure to check with your insurance company if a referral is required for reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes, bring your HSA/FSA card with you to your appointment and we can process your payment from your HSA/FSA account.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We are a small business and we need advanced notice of your cancellation to fill your time slot. Cancellations outside of 24 hours won't be charged. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged full price of the appointment type that was scheduled.

Can I be seen for strength training and conditioning?
Yes, we are happy to help with strength and conditioning to get you ready for sports, recreational activities, or activities of daily living (ADLs) to keep you doing what you love.

After attending undergrad at James Madison University (Go Dukes!), Alie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The University of New England in Portland, Maine. Alie believes in a hands-on, personalized approach to patient care, and is determined to provide the best possible experience for each patient. Alie values evidence-based clinical practices and strives to constantly learn, grow, and keep up with the latest research in orthopedic care. In her free time, Alie leads an active life and loves spending time outdoors and with her family and friends. She has a deep understanding of the value of recovery and how important it is for you to get back to doing what you love.
